ABOUT THE BOOK

This book is an innovative attempt by the author to aware the common mass about the realities of scary Kaal Sarpa, Mangalika, Guru Chandal, Angaraka and Shani Sade Saati. These five terms are combined into a satirical term “Pancha Dosha.” Despite no classical references and no practical troubles, these doshas remain only as money makers for some irrational astrologers for the past few decades. This book includes relevant classical slokas and chart analyses to prove the incorrect symptoms linked with Pancha Dosha. Charts of many political leaders, sportspersons, industrialists etc. have been examined to disapprove the blemish associated with these doshas. The write-up is lucid and meant for any general reader with an interest in astrology. Have a good read!

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Prof. Rudra Prasanna Mohapatra (M.A., Ph.D., D.Litt.) is a Graduate in Indian Philosophy, Post Graduate in Indian Anthropology, and Doctorate in Indian Astrology. He holds honorary entitlements of Professor and Letter in Astrology (D.Litt) from Prixton Open University (USA) and studied at the Indian Council of Astrological Sciences (ICAS), Chennai.

Prof. Mohapatra has published over 50 papers in reputed journals like Modern Astrology and The Astrological eMagazine, and authored five books—Rudraksha Jyotisha, Golden Rules of Medical Astrology, Biological Astrology, Unseen Planets, and Badhaka Graha. A long-term volunteer at Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore, he authored Rudraksha Jyotisha (MLBD, 2024). His lectures (Hindi & English) are available on YouTube under “Prof. Rudra Mohapatra’s Astro-Research and Review.” Formerly a certified freelance Anthropologist, he has worked with the Governments of Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, the World Bank, and the United Nations.
