HOW IT WORKS AND WHAT YOU NEED TO KEEP IN MIND

Bookkish.com Return  and Refund Policy

  • Most items purchased from Bookkish.com are returnable within 2 Days, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable.
  • If the product after it is delivered found defective, the buyer need to notify us immediately by sending the image of the damaged product on WhatsApp (+91 9958138227) or by email (info@bookkish.com) within 2 days after product delivery and request for return.

 General Returns Policy

  1. Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts, pages or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on Bookkish.com.
  2. Return will be processed only if:
  • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
  • the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
  • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
  • Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
  • Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
  • Based on your reason of return, there will be 2 options:
    • Replace: The product in your order will be replaced with an identical product in case it is damaged (broken or spoiled) or defective (has a functional problem that causes it not to work).
    • Refund: If the product of your choice is unavailable in your preferred size or color or model, or if it is out of stock, you may decide that you want your money back. In this scenario, you may choose Refund to have your money returned to you.

    Note: If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 2 days from the delivery of the product.

    • Please keep the item in its original condition for a successful return pick-up.
    • We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.
