Every once in a while, you find a book that doesn’t give you answers, it gives you language for what you’re feeling.
I've been on a quest with astrology for a while now and I've discovered some great teachers, however it's only with "Jyotirmarga" that I've finally found a book that helps me understand the concepts in a language that is clear, concise and easily comprehensible.
If you are a student of astrology or even an enthusiast this book will equip you with the knowledge to read a chart by learning to apply the concepts of Graha, Rashi, Bhav and Sutras step by step; but more importantly it will help you understand the journey of the soul.
My invitation is to come with an empty cup. You may hold notions about yourself or even the ideologies that shape your world view; and this book will either clarify, shatter or validate these notions.
Readers looking for a more contemporary spiritual path in today's day and age will resonate with the author's explanations.
It is amply clear that he has put the "sutras" to test through logical rigour and personal application, thereby moving astrology from the zone of predictive science into a more accessible realm of self-understanding.
Note: With the 10th chapter of "The Upachaya Houses", we can finally put the debate of freewill vs destiny to rest!
If this book has found you, celebrate!
You will find yourself through it.
