Mahabhagya Yoga  is a rare yoga, if a native has Maha Bhagya yoga in his horoscope, brings great fortune, as the name suggests, Maha - Great or Big &Bhagya - Fortune or Luck.

According to Phaladeepika,

 महाभाग्यॆ जात: सकलनयनानन्दजनकॊ

वदान्यॊ विख्यात: क्षितिपतिरशीन्यायुरमल: ।

वधूनां यॊगॆस्मिन् सति धन सुमाड्गल्य सहिता

चिरं पुत्रै: पौत्रै: शुभमुपगता सा सुचरिता ॥

This yoga is formed differently in Male and Female Horoscope.

 In Horoscope of a Male Native, Maha Bhagya Yoga is formed when:

• Native took birth in Day time (Between Sun Rise & Sun Set is Day Time).
• Sun in Male Sign (Male Sign - All Odd signs are Male Signs)
• Moon in Male Sign.
• Ascendant in Male Sign.

 Male Signs (Odd signs): Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius, Aquarius.

Similarly in Female Horoscope, Maha Bhagya Yoga is formed when:

• Native took birth in Night time (Between Sun Set & Sun Rise is Night Time).
• Sun in Female Sign (Male Sign - All Even signs are Female Signs)
• Moon in Female Sign.
• Ascendant in Female Sign.

Female Signs (Even signs):  Taurus, Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio, Capricorn and Pisces.

 If Maha Bhagya yoga is formed in Horoscope of a Male Native,
